Instructional Coaching
Pathways to Success has a group of Instructional Coaches that provide on-site professional development for teachers on a one-on-one basis. For teachers, Instructional Coaches observe classrooms to provide feedback for teachers in improving their classroom management. Instructional Coaches help teachers implement research based-strategies for students and instructional routines to enhance student curriculum and learning.

Professional Development
For building-wide improvement and change, Teacher Guided Professional Development (TGPD) is used. Instructional Coaches provide various forms of TGPD throughout school year. One professional development session could occur with small group teachers during a school meeting to a summer session of workshops with larger groups of teachers and staff members.
