The University of Kansas Center for Research on the effective instruction for learning institutions has developed the Strategic Instruction Model. The Learning modelís schedule includes learning opportunities that will aid a variety of students that need in depth instruction. There will be introductions of the SIM to further advancement of implementation of the model into school facilities. There are countless SIM success stories featured on the Knowledge Loom website.

The University of Kansas has also produced a new brochure for the SIM teaching method which will be introduced at this years international SIM conference. The brochure will answer many frequently asked questions by educators and administrators. It will fully describe what the SIM entails and give examples of how to work SIM into your current educational curriculum.
